Refund policy
Returns
a) Cancellations can be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
b) If you change your mind before the order has shipped, we can accept cancellation at any time. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been paid.
c) If the order has already been sent, the buyer immediately after receipt sends the goods back at his own expense. After the goods arrive at our warehouse, we check its quality and compliance, notify you within 2 working days and issue a return.
d) If a product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email us at support@creatingcoziness.com and provide the details of your request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
